Channel 21
Watching rush-hour traffic cam feeds on channel 21 reminds me of how some apartments have a channel on TV that shows their security cameras from wherever they are in the building. I love those things. If I had that, I'd probably keep it on at all times, especially when the bars let out, because drunk people are insanely fun to watch.
