Cockroach
I was watching TV the other day and I kept hearing this weird noise. I thought it was something blowing around outside on the porch (it was pretty windy out), until this cockroach the size of a bat flew directly at my head from across the room. Let me tell you something: There is not a horror on Earth more terrifying than when cockroaches fly. I don't know what it is.
Anyhow, the cockroach is named Craig, and he likes to watch Farscape with me, so he can't be all that bad.
